I just use a long series of asterix’s for all of my passwords.

Constantly changing passwords at work (a bank, if you recall, which you could only do if you read every comment ever) results in two methods. 1) The Old Timers: they wind up just writing every password down, which is less secure than keeping the same password because it's right next to the computer. 2) The Mechanical Number Changer: I have an obscure foreign language word with a capital letter first, and, every time I need to change it, I just pick a new design (cross, diagonal, left-side, middle-horizontal, etc) on my number pad but keep the same word and symbols.
