Slight head-nod to Greedo on that one, I bet Han just shot him for taking the last sip of his bacta.
Quick experiment, a little about the comic: I struggled over how to illustrate the middle two panels after I had it written. I put this together, and realized it started to tell a little bit of a story through the panels, which made it even funnier. I didn’t even see it until I put all the panels together and zoomed out to see if the gun was readable at the size I made it. Then, I laughed at my own work. That’s always a good sign 🙂 .
If you hadn’t noticed, I had to make some new symbols for this one. Believe it or not, the restaurant scene is new, but something I thought of making for a while. It’s based on the “waiting area” guy, but I got a chance to use the arm I made for the guy sitting and playing video games for “Guitar Hero”.

We moochers have a code. We are not without honor. We are, however, always hungry.

Restaurants manifest the spirit of capitalist multiculturalism. Entrepreneurship, international trade and migration, and cultural exchange all come together in these communal eateries.
In the last fifteen or so years, the Washington D.C. area has become a leader in ethnic restaurants. We lag behind New York City and Los Angeles, but we vie with Chicago and the Bay Area for third place in the United States. In some areas, such as Ethiopian cuisine, we are number one.
This guide is intended to help individuals enjoy good food, and keep my favorite places in business. Effective consumer choice improves your eating and, in the long run, improves the quality of available restaurants.
Tyler Cowen (Economist / Foodie) writes up a dining guide to DC that’s current and good. Everything I see on there I agree with (that I’ve been to) but I really want to try some more now. Yes, I live in the DC area so this matters to me, and probably not to most of you. Tyler Cowen’s Ethnic Dining Guide – January 2009, 25th edition
