The System 482: Free Food
They say “you get what you pay for”, but I don’t think that applies to a conference room with tuna wraps and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
What’s the best free food you’ve ever gotten?
By the way, we are BACK UP AND RUNNING. New comics, M/W/F.
Finally, a quick recap! Got a chance to spend some of the weekend around Dave and Rob from Explosm, as well as Dante from Surviving the World. Neither one of them particularly need more readers, but as a fan of both their works I suggest you check them out if you haven’t already.
The System 458: Forgiveness
Or this:
As you can imagine after yesterday’s largely successful collaborative comic/chart, it’s been crazy over here. Something about having the chart posted yesterday show up everywhere on the internet has made me a bit busy, so I’m sorry for the delay posting this comic.
When so many people come to your website for one comic, and then you have to do the next comic, it can be tough to know where to start. Sorry this isn’t a chart. Or can haz cats. Or be about artist attribution. But it’s still instructional, so I guess there’s that.
Behind the scenes, expect more going on around here as I try to desperately keep all you new lovely people around on the site, and thanks so much for reading! And you regular Systemics? You know I love you.

Slight head-nod to Greedo on that one, I bet Han just shot him for taking the last sip of his bacta.
Quick experiment, a little about the comic: I struggled over how to illustrate the middle two panels after I had it written. I put this together, and realized it started to tell a little bit of a story through the panels, which made it even funnier. I didn’t even see it until I put all the panels together and zoomed out to see if the gun was readable at the size I made it. Then, I laughed at my own work. That’s always a good sign 🙂 .
If you hadn’t noticed, I had to make some new symbols for this one. Believe it or not, the restaurant scene is new, but something I thought of making for a while. It’s based on the “waiting area” guy, but I got a chance to use the arm I made for the guy sitting and playing video games for “Guitar Hero”.

We moochers have a code. We are not without honor. We are, however, always hungry.
