The System 726: Never Ends
Seriously, it doesn’t. But you should email me anyway, I like hearing from you guys.
If you like podcasts, I was on Control Structure hosted by Systemic Andrew. I talk bout a bunch of stuff like the comic, inspiration, web design, and whatever it was I could think of on the amount of sleep I had. You should watch it here.
Road Sage: The Radio Opera
A couple weeks back I did a comic entitled Road Sage, all about how cyclists can deal with the people in cars who yell at them. Skipping the comments I might have on the commentary that has ensued on that post, the Quirky Nomads Podcast kindly has produced an audio version of the comic. Yes, my work has been adapted!
It’s a great listen, and just a few minutes long. If you have a few, listen to the dulcet sounds of this little “radio opera”.

I’m on a Podcast
A while back I was interviewed by Villainy Inc. At the time, it was a straight up interview. Apparently we all had so much fun doing it, that I wound up hanging out with them again! This time it’s just hanging out, having fun, and being funny, and I honestly think it’s hilarious. You should listen to it here.

WWoW: Dealing with Drama
A new podcast is up at http://webcomics.mypodcast.com/. This time, myself, Obsidian (commissionedcomic.com), Reiley (deadwinter.cc) and a special guest near the end deal with the often-toted topic of… Internet Drama!
I don’t think it is the funniest episode to date, but I do think it was interesting and insightful all around. I encourage you all to get involved in the discussion on the site. Listen to the episode and weigh in your thoughts!
Heads up, next week is an interview with SMBC’s own Zach Weiner, about all his many projects and the often talked about (but rarely reached) doing comics full time. It’s already recorded, I just have to drop some production on it.

WWoW – Interview with the Online Internet Web Comics Show
Rosscott sits down with Tyler and George of the Online Internet Web Comics Show, an online video show about two guys trying to make a webcomic. We talk about how acting a professional gets you free beer, the best ways to get out of a felony charge, oh and webcomics. If you only listen to one episode, this might be it! Link to the post.

Wonderful World of Webcomics is BACK!
Howdy, all! I’m bringing back the podcast. I’ve been recording new episodes of The Wonderful World of Webcomics with a rotating cast, and here’s an episode recorded a while ago but I figured I might as well post it. The show is not on any sort of schedule as of right now, but you can enjoy it and subscribe and I’ll be posting more about it here when it comes out. Oh, and it’s embedded below. Enjoy!

The System Covered on Digital Strips
Back at Webcomics Weekend, I met Digital Strips’ own Midnight Cartooner. We didn’t talk for long, but in true Rosscott style I handed him a business card right away. Apparently this card burned in his pocket, looking or the right time to come out, until last week when he and “The Geek” gave my site a full on podcast review. Link to the post. Link to the MP3.
I won’t retell all the details, but overall they are pretty complimentary about the comic, saying over and over again how simple it is. Oh, and reviewers out there: I don’t think I’m sarcastic and arrogant. I’m one of those things, but I won’t say which.
What do you think of the review? Is it fair? Do you agree? Do you want to tell those Digital Strips guys what’s what?
Oh and btw, if any other people out there want to interview me or review the comic, just let me know. systemcomic at gmail.

Wonderful World of Webcomics: A New Podcast (With Me)
I don’t know about you, but I can’t get enough of listening to me talk. I also can’t get enough of talking shop about webcomics. It is with these two statements in mind that I bring forth this new, semi-weekly podcast. The Wonderful World of Webcomics is a podcast I host with a rotating cast of fellow webcomic artists, where we discuss what it’s like trying to make it as artists.
I know what you’re thinking. There’s already a show like that, and it’s called Webcomics Weekly. I know and love those guys, and it is not my intention to reproduce what they are already producing. Instead, this show tries to offer a different perspective. That of artists who are not experts, but instead up and comers trying to “make it” as artists or at least trying to improve our craft. So join us and listen to these hour-long podcasts where we share ideas, comisserate, experiment and otherwise try and figure out what we’re doing. Oh, and it’s funny. We’re funny people. I swear.
As of right now two podcasts have been posted, and another two are pre-recorded and will go up soon. The two up cover collaboration (like writer / artist teams) and a beginner’s guide to conventions. Download one or two, or better yet subscribe to the feed and let iTunes do the rest. You can check out the site here.

Podcast Posted!
I was just interviewed on Villainy, Inc. It’s a great podcast, and somehow they thought it was a good idea to spend an hour interviewing me. So if you want to hear about my love affairs (with fonts), why I started The System, my solution to war, or hear me do my “old timey radio” voice, you should listen in. Oh, and I think I talk about grappling hook machine gun flame throwers. It’s an hour, and the interview is the whole time after a brief intro. You can check out their site here or go straight to the podcast in iTunes.

I’m on a Podcast!
Last week I was able to sit down and record a podcast interview with Villainy, INC. It was a great time. It’ll be airing this Friday night, but meanwhile it’s a pretty good time. Check out the site here and I’ll let you know when the episode I’m on goes up.
Btw, do you do a podcast? If you want me to be on it and kibbitz for an hour or so, just email me (systemcomic at gmail dot com).
