Here is that recap I promised, in the same vein as #100 and #200.  As I said in the post on #300, thank you all for reading, commenting, sending in System in the Wild posts, and doing all the little things you do to support The System.  I notice.

Every once in a while Systemic Ken sends me a post from his site.  For those of you cycling fans who feel I’ve been neglecting my bike duties here on the site, I humbly present this post / link.  It’s a 48 hour bike build from the Miami Freakbike Militia.  Photos, video, and more over at Ken’s site.  Link.
