Systemic Scott (with a little help from his cohort Systemic Robin I’m guessing) has opted to join the graphic design biker gang mentioned here.  Btw, he is a great photographer and has a fun “photo of the day” section on his blog.  If you’re a fan of photos (or blogs) then this is the place for YOU.  Link. Want to join the gang?  Take a photo of you with your mode of transportation (scooter, bike, or cycle are all acceptable) and/or your mode of designing (pc, mac, or linux or all acceptable). You can email it to me (systemcomic@gmail.com) or just post it to Flickr and tag it as “Hellvetica”.  I’ll be keeping an eye on said tag.  Oh, and if you want the shirt, the online store is coming very soon.

House Industries (home of some great font awesomeness) is having a new project roll out.  The digitization of tons and tons of old photo lettering books, so that the typefaces can see the light of day once more.  Some hot stuff, there.  Link.

Ha!  Get it?  Get it?  I know, right?  It’s a rubik’s cube that can be reconfigured to make all the letters you need, and works letterpress style.  Sweet, no?

I just changed over the paragraph style on the blog posts to Georgia, because Georgia is a badass font with a AMAZING italics.  Yeah, that’s right.

Shirts are now officially available for preorder on the store page!  This is the first ever official Rosscott, Inc. / The System run of shirts, so help me make it count.  Currently for sale are both the Jimmy the Murderdog and HELL Vetica shirts.  They are $18.00 total right now ($15 + $3 shipping that’s included) so snatch them up while you can!  Soon they’ll go from preorder to just plain order, and the price will go up a bit (plus, I won’t like you as much).
